Borrower Card Policy
The Flagstaff City Coconino County Public Library is funded by and for the use of residents of Flagstaff and Coconino County. In order to protect its investment in materials for public use, the library requires residence in Coconino County before issuing a borrower's card.
The library will issue a borrower card to anyone meeting all requirements of either #1 or #2.
Borrowers will be issued a Borrower Card for a period of THREE years. Persons under 18 years of age may be issued a Borrower's Card if their parent or legal guardian provides, in person, the above requirements.
Persons who do not have the required identification may petition for an exception by completing a Borrower Application Exception form.
When obtaining your library card, be sure to obtain a PIN, which allows
you to many more privileges with your library card.
