September is Library Card Sign-Up Month! "One Card, Endless Possibilities"

Your library card may seem small, but it is a ticket to Endless Possibilities! At the Flagstaff City-Coconino County Public Libraries, you can not only check out materials, but also access computers and free Wi-Fi, receive computer tutoring and resume help, attend fun, creative programs for all age groups, join your favorite book club, and so much more.

The Flagstaff Libraries will be celebrating Library Card Sign-Up Month in two ways this year:

1) Punch cards

Both library locations in Flagstaff will have punch cards available for pickup at the Reference and Circulation desks. In order for a library card holder to be eligible for the end-of-month prize raffle, they will have to complete three tasks and have their cards punched by a library staff worker:

Get your library card (patrons that already have their library cards are also eligible to have this space punched);
Check out an item, whether it's a book or another form of media; AND
Read/listen to/watch the material you have checked out

Once your punch card is complete, it can be turned in to either desk at both libraries in Flagstaff, where you will be entered into a raffle for surprise prizes and discounts. New and current library holders are eligible to complete and submit a punch card. (limit one punch card per person)

2) Library cardholder community discounts and prizes

Take your library card to any of the below participating local businesses and receive a discount, prize, giveaway with purchase, or something else - all vendors are offering something different!
